day 3
i always like tuesdays
they're pretty mellow as far as work goes
overslept this morning- that NEVER happens. got up at 6:32 am. oops!
packed steve a lunch, took out dishes, had a scone. yum.
blake arrived
i ate some yogurt/raspberries/honey. yum yum
paper work
filled up water cups
heard steve get up jessica
she came down naked :)
blake shared his doughnuts with her, i gave her some cheerios, raspberries and milk
she made a mess, so i had to sweep it up
once lisa got here i sent a few emails, then started to get out the halloween decorations. felt a bit overwhelmed with that
once sarah was here
i sent more emails
paid a few bills
did some online banking
filed a bit
did some research for a homework project
and all mornign i felt super tired, like when you finally get good sleep and all you want is more
jessica threw a major tantrum at rug time, i had to let lisa take over so i could deal with jessica
had leftover porkroast for lunch. boring, but it tasted ok.
so exhausted, had to take a nap
kinda got an ok nap in, but still sleepy. grrrrrrrr.
went outside w/the kiddos. first time really outside all day. its freakin' HOT!!!!!
watered steve's plants, saw two different big grasshoppers!!!!!
mellow afternoon (why i love tuesdays)
after most of the kids are gone, go for a walk w/jessica, naima, vincent and steve
make spagitti for dinner (thank goodness steve turned on the ac!)
call to make an appointment to get my nails done (i have a certificate!) they say they close in an hour, i tell them i'm on my way. the call back like 2 minutes later and are like- we're closing. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. i really don't want to spend money on a pedicure when i have this stupid gift certificate, but tonight is the only night i can get one done and i have to get it done before the wedding on saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so annoyed......
get a pedi, paid too much forgetting that the "european" isn't worth the extra like $15. grrrrr again. but at least my toes look fabu!
hit up marshalls, buy jessica some fancy shoes for the wedding, some books for the plane ride, and a dress up dress for xmas. $39.42. woot!
hit up the mickey d's drive thru for a sundae. i was really craving golden spoon, but didn't want to drive over there and have to get out of my car. darn this preggo craving and exhaustion!
come home, play around on the computer
wash face/brush teeth/curl up in bed watchin the new 90210
then watch entourage w/steve-o. turn off the lights at 9:54pm. kinda late
can't sleep
turn light BACK on at 10:30 and start a new book.
don't even look at the clock when i turn the light off again. way too late. grrrrrrrrrrr. i hate having insomnia
